A fully inclusive mixed ability squad with a mixture of long standing club members who have played for Rochester for many years since a young age and several squad members new this season.



Focused on providing a safe, positive environment for young adults to develop their football skills and improve their fitness whilst enjoying a healthy dose of competition and making friends along the way
